Carlton’s Lagoon dining has team up with Vinified for this one off wine dinner. Devoted to the Great wines of Germany and it’s unmissable.

It’s the brainchild Personal Sommelier, Luke Campbell, and is themed around the the noble variety of Riesling and the Great producers of Germany. JJ Prum, Weingut Robert Weil and Dr Loosen will all feature in this 5 course luxury dinner. Resiling is intensely flavoursome and exquisitely balanced, Just like Lagoon Dining food ; Campbell says

 Whilst drinking some of the Germany’s most elite bottles from Vinified cellar, we will talk through sites, styles and vintage comparisons and you can make up our own minds why Riesling is revered the world over. This will be an intimate, engaging and unforgettable dinner. An amazing menu filled with spice and flavours of Asia alongside some of the world’s most incredible Riesling sites, this is a night for the collectors and connoisseurs alike. As an attendee on the night you will get one time accses to purcharse these wines for your cellar.
