We are honoured to be hosting the famed producer of Burgundy, Bouchard Père et Fils for their
one-night-only in Melbourne.

Vinified has long been spruiking the virtues of Tasmanian Wines we’ve teamed up with Pure South Dining for this most
 spectacular dinner.

We are challenging Burgundy, alongside the best Tasmanian Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

Wines selected by our very own Sommelier and Tasmainian supremo Luke Campbell of Vinified,
and Chef David Hall will match with the best Tassie produce from the farmers and producers of the island.
