Seventh vintage from these vines. Litrally bott;ed early March 24 after 9 montsh in old oak. 50% of the fruit underwent semi-carbonic maceration (100% whole bunch). The remaining fruit was destemmed and placed in open vats, prior to wild fermentation. The fruit saw a total of four weeks on skins. So Juicy. (2 bottle min order)

Intensely savoury nose, lead by charcuterie and white pepper elements and accompanied by five spice, cinnamon and cherries. Palate: Really bright, lifted red fruits are showcased on the delicate palate. Subtle tannins give soft grip as the wine’s layers unfurl. Just juicy.
