In 2024 Tim Knappstein celebrated his 64’th consecutive vintage, a vintage that produced the best
parcels of Pinot Noir fruit from the Adelaide Hills in decades.
To honour this exceptional vintage Tim and his son Nick selected three unique barrels from a total
of eighty-seven to craft 900 individually numbered bottles of ‘The Pinot Noir’. Their goal? To
produce the finest expression of Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir. As Tim says “This is the Pinot Noir I have
wanted to make for 35 years.”
This is a unique, one-time release, never done before or to be repeated.
The Wine Animal and Vinified have joined forces for this special occasion Offer and Tasting.
